Villa Bahçe, our villa located in nature in the Yeşilköy region of Kalkan has a capacity of 4 people with 2 bedrooms. Our villa is ideal for conservative families and honeymoon couples looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday. Our villa, designed in a modern way, offers a holiday opportunity in a pleasant and peaceful environment with its authentic seating corners. There is a seating group, dining table, sun lounger, small playground, table tennis and barbecue in the large garden of our villa for you to have a pleasant time. Our villa is on the Lycian walking path and is 10 minutes away from the central places by car. We are waiting for you at Villa Bahçe for a quiet and peaceful holiday with your family and loved ones.

Kitchen: The bright and spacious American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, dining table, dinner set and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room with a view designed for your comfort has a seating group, TV, air conditioning, coffee table and DVD player. The modern designed living room includes a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, air conditioning. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

Deposit Payments: Damage Deposit is taken before entering the villa and is returned when leaving the villa. According to the conditions of return of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, missing or broken items in the villa during the usage period. We can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, which will be equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New Guest Check-in Time is determined as 4:00 p.m. and Check-out Time is determined as 10:00 in the morning in each villa. You need to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can prepare the villas of our other guests carefully. The villas are delivered to our new guests at 16:00 ready.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can request support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.

Location: Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements positioned on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are hilly roads and stabilized (dirt) roads during transportation to the villas. In addition, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.) when you are in the villages within the scope of our villas located outside the centre.
