Villa Kayra, which has 6 bedrooms overlooking the sea view, is designed for the comfort of crowded families and groups of friends. Thanks to the central location of the villa, it is easily accessible to restaurants, markets, city centre and various activities. The villa is protected by a security system.

NOTE: For stays of 5 nights or less, an extra 3000 TL cleaning fee is requested.

Bedrooms: Villa Kayra has 5 ensuite bedrooms, each with sea and nature views. Two of these rooms have a private jacuzzi. All rooms have balconies with sea and nature views.

Living Room: The living room has air conditioning, a satellite receiver, a TV, a DVD Player, a sitting group, an iron, an ironing board and a sink. There is an exit to the poolside. The lounge is on the pool floor. On the top floor, there is a very large viewing terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. This area also has a seating group, table and chairs.

Kitchen: There is a modern American kitchen in Villa Kayra. The kitchen has a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-stove, electric kettle, toaster, pot and pan set, 12-person dinner set, spoon cutlery set and glasses. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Garden: In the garden there is a pool, children's pool with jacuzzi, dining table, pergola seating group and chairs, barbecue, sun loungers and parasols.
