‘Villa Nergiz’ is one of the 20 wooden villas located in Kalkan Kiziltas Mevkii. As mentioned in the pictures, the villas are built in three rows of three columns and one villa is built by not closing the magnificent view of the other villas. Thus, the villas have a magnificent view of Kalkan. Our villa with a capacity of 4 people has 2 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms in each room. Our villa has a luxurious and comfortable living room with an open kitchen, modern and comfortable to use. The sheltered design of the private swimming pool of our villa is especially beneficial for the satisfaction of our honeymoon couples and conservative families. A closed garage is available.

Deposit Payments :  The Damage Deposit is taken before entering the villa and is returned when leaving the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss, loss, or broken items in the villa. We can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current exchange rates, which will be equivalent to the deposit amount. 

Entrance and Exit Information :  In each of our villas, the new guest check-in time is 16.00 noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. You must leave your room on time for our special cleaning team to prepare the villas for our other guests carefully. Villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16.00.

Transportation :  Due to the distance of our villas from the city centre, public transport service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can request support from our Sales Consultants. For our guests who prefer airways, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our Sales Consultants share location information and directions for our guests travelling by private car.

Location : Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilised (soil) roads during access to the villas. In addition, within the scope of our villas outside the centre, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.) when found in the village.
