Villa Rosy is a rental villa with 4 bedrooms and a unique sea view, with a capacity of 8 people, located in the Kalamar region of Kalkan, one of the most beautiful towns of Antalya. Drawing attention with both its luxurious and modern architecture and its view, Villa Rosy is an ideal villa for large families and groups of friends. In the large garden of our villa with a view, there is a pool, sun loungers, parasols, a sitting corner, a dining table where you can have dinner with your loved ones while watching the sunset, and a barbecue area. Our villa, dominated by magnificent shades of white and blue, has a jacuzzi and a billiard table. At the same time, you can sunbathe and enjoy the jacuzzi on the terrace floor, where you can witness the sea view closely and integrate with nature. 

Kitchen: As in our other villas, this villa has an American-style kitchen. This kitchen has all kinds of kitchenware that you can easily cook your meals with. The American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, Turkish and filter coffee machine, dining table, dinner set and cooking utensils.

Living Room: Designed with the most modern furniture for your comfort, the bright and spacious living room has amenities such as a seating group, TV, air conditioning and coffee table. There is also an exit from the living room to the pool terrace.

Deposit Payments: Damage Deposit is taken before entering the villa and is returned when leaving the villa. According to the conditions of return of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, missing or broken items in the villa during the usage period. We can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New Guest Check-in Time is 16:00 and Check-out Time is 10:00 in the morning for each villa. You need to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city centre, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can request support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who provide transportation by private vehicle.

Location: Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements positioned on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are hilly roads and stabilized (dirt) roads during transportation to the villas. In addition, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.) when you are in the villages within the scope of our villas outside the centre.
